The Chardonnay from Preslav, especially the kind with a controlled and guaranteed designation of origin, has always been among the best specimens of white Bulgarian wine. This particular wine does not fully justify that old glory. The colour is light golden and sparkling, with a little gas, and the nose, which can be defined as not very intense and delicate, has a more flowery character. A pleasant taste with a sweet yellow fruit and not very long finish. A pleasant table Chardonnay for everyday consumption.
