First made in 1995 as a creative experiment of two talented winemakers, Chardonnay GP combines the diverse talents of Pomorie in a really great wine. It offers a touch of apple and grapefruit rind, and a mineral purity that grapes can only acquire in the region of Pomorie. The Chardonnay also indulges the tongue with vanilla, obtained by fermentation in oak barrels, and an incredible, unique to it aroma of toasted bread, which lends it a great balance and roundness.
