Quality and Ratings according to Apollowine:
100% Cabernet Sauvignon single barrel from select vines in the Thracian Lowlands. The grapes were picked on October 12, 2011. It aged for 17 months in French oak barrels and has continued to age after being bottled in April 2013. Attractive, evolved, dense garnet-red colour. Unique bouquet, characteristic of the noblest examples of the Cabernet Sauvignon sort. The deeply evolved bouquet of this wine reveals the aromas of world famous wines, spices, sweet fern and mint. The flavor is entrancing, with nuances of piquant herbs; pleasant finish with a hint of smoke, delicate dryness and barrique maturity. Just 219 bottles. Rating: 91 pts.

Quality and Ratings according to DiVino (March 2017):
Exceptional colour – inky, opaque crimson. Spectacular nose with attractive aromas of black currant, sweet raspberries, mocha, coriander, tar and licorice. Medium body with plenty of fine, velvety-mature tannins and cocoa-coffee finish, which leaves a trace of fresh black cherries and sweet spices. Magnificent wine, well-preserved yet crisp, with potential to age (2017 – 2022). An exceptional wine with its own classic style.

Commentary from Vinobg:
An exceptional wine. The best Bulgarian Cabernet we have tried.
