An opaque, inky purple colour. An elegant, but very attractive nose with juicy black fruits in milk chocolate, coffee, liquorice, meat and sweet spices. A juicy and elegant, but voluptuous body with magnificently velvety tannins and a very long, sweet and spicy finish with a memory of smoked meat and pepper. An excellent wine.
Qualities and assessment according to The Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2013:
An intense garnet colour with soft gleams; a nose with nuances of peppers, toast, smoked meat; a powerful body with velvety tannins; a long and again peppery finish. An outstanding wine (89 р.).
