Vinification: This wine was made from selected grapes from a single vineyard in the valley of the Struma River. Precise sorting on a double sorting table. Maceration for 25 days. Fermentation in stainless steel at temperatures of 25-30° C. Aged for 12 months in new French barriques specially made from three kinds of oak.
Tasting notes: The colour is beautiful, dark red. The multilayered aromatic profile reflects the unique terroir of the valley. The flavours of forest fruits, ripe plum, chocolate, coffee, coconut and vanilla pass smoothly from the aroma of wine in its rich, full and velvety taste.

A beautiful sparkling ruby colour, a multi-layered nose with a sense of chocolate, coffee; a powerful round body; a long finish with smoke. An outstanding wine.

A solid colour: saturated ruby. A complex nose, with nuances of leather, cedar, black cherry and dark chocolate. A powerful body with mature suede-grainy tannins and a spicily dry finish which shows its aging potential. (2012-2016). An excellent wine.
