Qualities and assessment according to DiVino (October 2012):
A deep, sparkly ruby colour. A fresh, juicy fruity nose with thyme, red cherry, raspberries with cream, mocha and toasted notes. An elegant body, medium and fresh, with fine grainy tannins, with attractive accents of roasted plum and vanilla in the palate. A wine with an elegant profile, which is still young. A medium to long finish with toast with butter, slightly warming. It can be drunk now, but we recommend that it should be opened in a year from now (2013-2017). An excellent wine.

Qualities and assessment according to The Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2014:
A beautiful saturated ruby colour, a multi-layered nose – with nuances of ripe berries, dark chocolate, truffle. The body is elegant, with melted tannins and a sense of vanilla and ripe raspberry; a long spicy finish. Excellent work with the oak. Memorable wine.
Assessment: An outstanding wine.
