Qualities and assessment according to DiVino (October 2013):
An opaque, purple-red colour with soft gleams. The blend is Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc. An attractive nose with ethereal notes of liquorice, mint, ripe black cherries, dark chocolate and roasted peppers. A dry, tight, powerful body with suede tannins, excellent extraction and potential. The wine is still young; we recommended that it should be opened in a few months or a year (2014-2019). An excellent wine (90 р.).
Assessment according to The Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2014:
An opaque shiny ruby colour; a multi-layered nose with nuances of dried fruit - plum, tobacco, moss, green walnut, sweet red pepper. The body is full, with velvety tannins and a wonderful balance, with sweet red pepper again in the palate. The finish is long, with a sense of dried fruit. An outstanding wine.
