The best wine of the estate for the respective harvest. A limited series of 6000 to 8000 bottles per year. Current vintage - 2008. Thracian Mavrud & Cabernet Sauvignon; aged for 10 months in new French barrels, 14% alcohol, 0.75 l and 1.5 l Magnum bottles.
Qualities and assessment according to DiVino (August 2013):
A very saturated, intense garnet colour. A deep, complex nose with ripe black cherry, red round pepper, mint, iodine and dark chocolate. A fine, elegant, but powerful body with perfectly preserved, fresh fruit and a long, suede finish with small forest fruits. A complex wine with potential (2013-2020). Assessment: an outstanding wine.

A sparkly garnet colour with soft tints; a multi-layered nose with fresh mint, eucalyptus, iodine: an elegant tight body with velvety tannins; a long memorable finish with preserved fruit. An outstanding wine.

Qualities: a beautiful garnet colour with a brick edge; a multi-layered nose - peppers, black forest fruits and eucalyptus; an elegant body with exceptional balance, silky tannins and a somewhat salty taste; a long aftertaste with delicious fruit sweetness.
