Qualities according to the manufacturer:
Colour: deep garnet with beautiful reflections
Aroma: the aroma features shades of chocolate, bacon and sour cherry liqueur
Taste: full with a firm texture, with pronounced juiciness and pleasant spicy slightly grainy tannins. The finish is expressive and memorable, with a long and flavourful aftertaste
Maturation: the wine is aged 12 months in old 225-liter barriques of French and American oak, and has the potential to develop in the bottle to 5 years.

Assessment of DiVino (September 2013):
A vivid deep purple colour. A restrained nose with notes of raw wood, toast, asphalt and very ripe black fruit (blackberry, plum). A fresh, medium body, juicy and long, with aging potential (2013-2017). An excellent wine.

Qualities according to the Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2014:
A beautiful ruby colour, a delicate nose with hints of blackcurrant juice, delicate smoke and butter; a body with a good balance and velvety texture, a long spicy finish. An excellent wine.
