The wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Its colour is deep dark red with violet hues. An intensely fruity nose with sweet accents of blueberry, cherry, black truffle and bitter chocolate with toasted vanilla. A well-balanced and juicy body, complex and elegant. A magnificent texture, which resonates in a long finish.
Qualities according to DiVino (oktober 2014):
The colour is opaque, dark garnet, with soft hues; a blend of Merlot & Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah. A deep, layered nose with very expressive notes of mocha and black cherry, chocolate truffle, butter, blackcurrant liqueur, cedar and liquorice. A powerful, tight body with suede, ripe tannins and a long, tight, but also elegant finish issuing, which testifies to a serious aging potential (2013-2018). An excellent wine (92 р.).
Qualities according to the Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2014:
The colour is a beautiful, ruby with a glow. The attractive nose features accents of black currant and exotic spices - cloves, cinnamon and cocoa. The body is harmonious and balanced, with velvety tannins. The wine has a long finish with a hint of dark chocolate. A wine with a potential. It should be decanted. An excellent wine.
Comment of Vinobg:
Another excellent wine that did not receive a Gold Rhyton of the Vinaria 2013. So either the jury had a cold, or the competition, as has long been rumoured, is not really a competition.
