Product Details

Qualities according to the manufacturer:
A clear brick-red colour with development. A rich multi-layered fruit aroma of red fruits: ripe cherries, strawberries; dried leaves, smoke and dark chocolate with a subtle musk nuance. A pleasant sweetness, soft tannins, harmonious and well-balanced.

Qualities and assessment according to DiVino (July 2012):
A sparkling garnet colour, typical of the variety. A classic varietal nose with juicy cherry with the stone, sweet spices, vanilla and toast with butter. A juicy, fresh, full body with a satin texture and a very long, fine, spicy finish with a memory of oak. An excellent wine.

Qualities according to the Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2014:
A beautiful garnet colour; a rich multi-layered nose with nuances of peppers, musk, a stone fruit – cherry; a body with suede tannins, tight and harmonious, with a pleasant freshness, but also some sweetness; a long finish with a sensation of smoke. An outstanding wine.

Like with many other Bulgarian sites, the vintage is not specified on this one. The comment for the 2006 and 2007 vintages was the same.
