A beautiful, very deep purple colour with а glitter. An elegant and fresh, complex nose with expression of mature red and black fruit, spices, eucalyptus and cocoa. The taste is full, balanced and juicy with a sensation of sweet red fruit (candied sour cherry) and sweet spices. A long and elegant spicy finish.

Qualities and assessment of DiVino (October 2011):
A beautiful deep garnet colour. The nose features jam aromas of cherry jam, vanilla, caramel and butter. A melted elegant body with medium texture and a memory of marzipan and pepper in a finish of medium length. An attractive wine, completely ready for immediate consumption. It can age. An excellent wine (87 р.).

Quality and Ratings according to Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine 2015:
Deep garnet colour with a glitter of terracotta nuances; intricate and elegant nose with an accent of fruit confit, musk, meat, powdered sugar and vanilla; full body with excellent balance and preserved notes of dried forrest fruits and smoke in the flavourful aroma; lasting dryish finish. An exceptional wine.
