Qualities according to the manufacturer:
In the same way as the old Bulgarian craft of carpet - weaving gathers together the most impressive and beautiful colours of Bulgaria, this wine combines the most exquisite tastes and aromas of three varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. A deep, dark, silky colour. A nose, which leads to the core of ripe berries and black cherry, complemented by smoked oak and chocolate.

Qualities according to Vinobg:
A nice echo of the more colourful “rug” Tcherga* 2002. The way things are going with its manufacturer, we may not see any better soon. We hope it is not the last one.
P.S.
15 April 2012. We already know that it is the last one. Menada is being shut down. So wine is not going to be made in Stara Zagora probably for the first time in two thousand years.
