Beautiful, gentle pink-orange colour; the nose has a trace of onion peel. The mousse is a fine foam with medium pearling and very long play. The nose is pure, fruity, with decipherable notes of bread crust, wild strawberry and moss. Crisp and juicy, piquant development, with a satiny smooth body and very long, purely juicy finish with hints of herbs and red grapefruit. Not to be consumed immediately. An exceptional wine with its own classic style (91 pts.).
