This wine combines the fresh fruit aromas of white grape varieties and the texture and fullness characteristic of red grapes. The wine was made from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot by the saignee method - gentle crushing of the grapes and a short stay of the grape juice in contact with the skins for no more than 10-12 hours. The next stage is fermentation, which occurs in metal containers under controlled temperature, without the solid parts of the grapes. The colour of the wine is a sparkling pale pink with a salmon-coloured shade. The aromas are intense, of ripe raspberry and wild woodland strawberry, which also get confirmed by the taste. A very juicy and easy wine with a fruity finish and balanced freshness.
