Qualities according to the manufacturer:
A saturated pale yellow colour with a shine. A fresh and very attractive nose with a sensation of pineapple, apple, vanilla, honey, integrated fine oak and toast. The taste is voluminous and thick, but fresh and with mineral notes in the finish.
It has maturated 16 months in barrels, which explains its nobility and potential for aging in bottles.

The qualities listed on the manufacturer's site are probably for the 2009 harvest. If we don’t know something, we admit it. But, no worries; in Bulgaria, the qualities of one harvest are retained in all the next ones. This is how things are in stable countries.
