Light and clear, with greenish and golden nuances. Delicate nose of fresh white mulberries and incense. Fresh, dry, mouth-filling, with a tickling sensation, soft and inviting. Honey, bread crust, and raisin flavors, complemented by incense and mastic nuances.
AGEING:
Minimum 18 months on the lees.
Opinion of Vinobg:
This is the Bulgarian Dom Perignon. Only it's much cheaper. Well, with that price it's still a collector’s item. However there is some of the last vintage. It is twenty BGN in the shop. There is no better champagne for New Year's table. Although we weren’t lucky with our last ordinary king, we at least have the king of champagne. It doesn’t matter that he is an Italian. The Italians are our brothers.
Note:
We do not know whether the prize in Singapore is for the 2006 vintage or the previous one. The official website established the tradition of not burdening the users with unnecessary information as early as that time.
