Intense, nearly opaque colour of ripe black cherries; an attractive, complex nose with notes of ripe forest fruit (blueberries and blackberries), but also eucalyptus and dark chocolate; potent body with mature tannins and, once again, a sense of chocolate in the flavour; long, piquant finish. An exceptional wine.

Very intense, opaque deep red colour. The nose is typical for the sort with characteristic notes of ripe black fruit (black currant, black cherry, European blueberry and blackberry) together with sweet Christmas spices and accents of butter and vanilla. Potent body with velour, yet still very pleasant, and mature tannins with notes of ink and tar in the flavor palette before the long, spicy finish. Spectacular Cabernet with potential to age (2017 – 2022). Not to be opened before 2017. An excellent wine (90 pts.).
