Opaque, very saturated ruby colour. Affective, very complex nose with cool accents of licorice and fennel, mulberry, ripe blackberries and dark chocolate. Exceptionally concentrated, chewy structure in the mouth with velour tannins and surprisingly harmonious, slightly flowery and piquant finish. This wine would be best to be opened a couple years from now and may continue to age for a long time (2020 – 2030). A series of only 300 bottles. Don’t open before 2020. An exceptional wine with its own classic style (91 pts.).

This wine is impossible to find at whatever price. Ivo Varbanov promises to find it somewhere, but he is constantly holding concerts and can’t be dealing with some amateur. If you have had the pleasure of trying it, tell us about it.
