Very dense, dark ruby colour with light garnet nuances. The nose is complex and delicate, with a fine sense of minerals and ripe fruit. Notes of dark chocolate, leather, pipe tobacco, black currant liquor, dried cherries, smoke and vanilla are perceptible. The body is powerful, with velour, mature tannins and dried fruit. Spice-mineral finish; may continue to age before opening. A wine with potential (2016 - 2021). 2030 bottles. An exceptional wine with its own classic style (91 points).
