Quality and Ratings according to Di Vino (December 2014):
Lively, opaque inky-garnet colour. Rich and complex nose with a palpable note of minerals (limestone), moss, anchovy, juicy black cherry, sour cherry liqueur, sweet spices, cedar, leather and dried tomato. Excellent, medium yet dense body, supple and juicy, with a well-preserved sense of fresh fruit, cedar, tobacco and licorice in its bouquet of flavours. Long, noble and typical for the sort finish. Dense Mavrud with potential to age (2015-2020). An exceptional wine - a classic in its style (92 р.).
