Colour: deep, purple and sparkly
Aroma: intense and rich, dominated by ripe black fruits and juicy sour cherry, accompanied by a fresh accent of mint, caramel candy, cream, chocolate and light toasty tones.
Taste: Balanced and juicy, with a good texture, with a very long finish dominated by ripe fruit, pleasantly combined with accents of smoke and caramel.
Maturation: the wine has matured for six months in new American oak barriques and has the potential to develop in the bottle for up to 5 years.

Assessment of DiVino (November 2013):
A lively, dark ruby colour. An attractive nose with enticing nuances of butter, coconut, blueberry jam and coffee with milk. A round, fresh, medium body with well-preserved fruit and chocolate at the finish. It can be stored for two or three years (2013-2015).
Qualities according to the Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2014:
A beautiful garnet colour; a multi-layered nose with nuances of prune, exotic spices and warm asphalt; the body has velvety tannins, the taste features cloves, cinnamon and dried cherries; a pleasant finish. This is a wine to enjoy.
