Made from the first harvest of their own, high quality grapes of elite branches of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, planted in the region of Ivaylovgrad. The wine has matured in French and Bulgarian barriques. A wine with a sparkling, dark velvety-red colour, with an intense aroma of black forest fruits and sweet pepper, and an elegant body. Suitable for aging in a bottle. The wine is untreated, so noble sediment may appear.
