Qualities according to the manufacturer:
Colour: deep purple with beautiful soft shades
Aroma: intense, with hot spices and nuances of very ripe red fruit, which have a jam character in the palate, combined with spices, chocolate, smoke and toasted accents.
Taste: full and powerful, with rich mature tannins and a sensation of sweetness and ripeness, with a very long, harmonious and rich, aromatic finish.
Maturation: the wine has matured for 18 months in new French oak barriques, and has the potential to develop in the bottle for up to 6 years

Qualities according to the Bacchus Magazine:
Opaque cherry colour. Complex nose of red stone fruit, green spices and fresh walnut. Elegant, well structured body with good freshness and a fruity character of the taste. A dynamic wine.

Assessment of the Catalogue of Bulgarian Wine for 2013:
A beautiful garnet colour with soft tints; a powerful multi-layered nose with nuances of marzipan, caramel, exotic spices; a tight body with satin tannins with a sense of softness; a long peppery finish. An outstanding wine.
